12. Dispute Resolution

You agree that any disputes under this Policy shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action. At Ahlookin’s option, disputes may be referred to confidential binding arbitration in Trinidad and Tobago, in addition to other remedies available under law.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

15. Survival

The provisions relating to misuse of data, indemnity, compliance with law, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination or expiration of this Policy.
